Palm Island Junior League committee strives to lead and support all players on and off the field. our intent is to achieve this through strong leadership, and social and cultural inclusion, whilst supporting the committee to become financially sustainable. We Promote and encourage a safe, healthy team environment that invests in our future player’s growth and development, and education, whilst we respect and preserve our culture and the history of all past Barracudas Legends and traditions of our Bwgcolman people
We will provide leadership through effective club governance, finance, and self-reliance, the provision of an inclusive, supportive family-orientated environment for all, our focus on the club is life and our commitment to the development of our great game of Rugby League.

The Palm Island Junior Sports Aboriginal Corporation (PIJSAC) is dedicated to supporting the development of our Junior Rugby League Players and we strive to ensure long-term financial sustainability for our committee, we the committee believe as Bwgcolman people we all share the one vision to continue investing in our future generations on and off the field.
Palm Island Junior Rugby League was re-established and re-entered the TDJRL in 2015
As one of the only leading community sporting clubs on Palm Island, it is at the forefront of Palm Island Legacy Rugby League innovation, drawing players, supporters, and volunteers.
Palm Island Junior Rugby League has added an increase in players ranging from under 6, u7s, u8s, u9s, u10s, and 11s.
